Who am I?

Doni Glatt

For women, wellness is never one-size-fits-all. From adolescence through midlife and beyond, each stage brings unique challenges—whether navigating body image, disordered eating, or the shifting identities of motherhood, career, and personal growth. Wellness with Doni was born from the belief that every chapter of a woman’s life holds opportunities to grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to herself. 

I’m Doni Rachel Glatt, Esq., NBC-HWC—an integrative nutrition health and wellness coach dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their health and happiness. With experience as a wife, mom, bonus mom, and former lawyer, I understand how life’s pressures can take a toll on well-being.
